Since 2013, Michael's primary focus has been to see the LEGO Serious Play method in as many hands as possible. From writing a book on LSP, to online courses, to podcasts and articles, to developing the LSP Method Learning Platform - it's all aimed to spread this amazing method to the world.

Michael Barsakidis is a dynamo. His great energy is matched by his vast LSP knowledge. Fun fact - Michael B is the most LSP certified person in the world. He has attended over 7 certifications and uses his amazing thirst for learning to now teach the LSP method.

Paul Sanbar
Paul Sanbar is a coach extraordinaire! He beautifully combines his coaching skills with an extensive knowledge of LEGO Serious Play. And fuses the two into his own framework which he shares with others.
Paul is based on the west coast of the US, in LA. But travels the country and the world teaching others about LSP and coaching.

Dr. David Newman & Lan Anh Nguyen
Probably the first married trainers of LEGO® Serious Play® methods facilitators, David and Lan Anh operate under the Serious Play Methods brand training LSP facilitators in both North America and Asia.
David Newman, PhD is a Creativity Alchemist combining his expertise in creative intelligence and serious play with university teaching, along with unleashing the power of 3D thinking.
Lan Anh is a senior HR and People Culture professional with more than 20 years experience working across a number of industries. She is an ATD-certified Master Trainer, Action Learning Coach, and offers LSP facilitator certification training in Vietnamese.

Anders Møller
Anders is a co-founder of Diplomatic Rebels, where they transform organisations by combining the skills of the diplomat with the mindset of the rebel.
LEGO Serious Play has become an instrumental part of their work due to its ability to create a safe space where people open up about tough stuff. He is based out of Copenhagen, Denmark and with his background in both philosophy and entrepreneurship he enjoys both digging deep into nerdy rabbit holes and making sure sessions end with some clear and actionable output. Often he finds himself using the methodology as part of broader work in relation to vision building, career development and team culture.

Joel Birch is a conscientious objector to ever fully growing up, along with being a creative facilitator, learning designer, and educator.
As a Certified Facilitator and Pro Trainer of LEGO Serious Play and LSP Method Partner, Joel uses the power of play, stories, and thinking with our hands to solve problems to help individuals and teams to craft deep understanding, rich communication, and creative solutions. Katherine Perrin is a UK-based freelance charity consultant, facilitator and coach. She has a passion for supporting individuals and organisations to collaborate more effectively, communicate more deeply and deliver greater impact.
Katherine brings 12 years’ experience in charity management, and she loves the variety that her facilitation work provides – from vision, strategy and risk to team building, away days and professional development.
