Michael Fearne is the founder of the LSP Method and delivers training around the world. From Certification to Masterclass Facilitation to the Partner Program.
Since 2013, Michael’s primary focus has been to see the LEGO Serious Play method in as many hands as possible. From writing a book on LSP, to online courses, to podcasts and articles, to developing the LSP Method Learning Platform – it’s all aimed to spread this amazing method to the world.
Michael Barsakidis
Michael Barsakidis is a dynamo. His great energy is matched by his vast LSP knowledge. Fun fact – Michael B is the most LSP certified person in the world. He has attended over 7 certifications and uses his amazing thirst for learning to now teach the LSP method.
Primarily based in Germany, but training around the world, Michael puts on a wonderful two day experience. And his support post certification is a feature that ensures his students have the success with LSP that he has had.

Paul Sanbar
Paul Sanbar is a coach extraordinaire! He beautifully combines his coaching skills with an extensive knowledge of LEGO Serious Play. And fuses the two into his own framework which he shares with others.
Paul is based on the west coast of the US, in LA. But travels the country and the world teaching others about LSP and coaching.
Warm and friendly, and with a sharp mind, Paul is pushing his practice and the LSP world into new places.

David Witte is a dynamic (visual) facilitator, coach, and pro trainer, specializing in helping individuals and teams achieve clarity through creative and hands-on techniques. As a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® pro trainer, David empowers teams to unlock new perspectives, foster collaboration, and drive meaningful change. David Newman
David Newman, PhD is a Creativity Alchemist who combines his expertise in creative intelligence with university teaching (University of British Columbia and Solvay Business School Vietnam), and unleashing the power of 3D thinking and sense-making through the LSP method. He is an accredited team and individual coach, and now a Certified PRO Trainer of LSP Facilitators.
David splits his time between Vancouver, Canada and Vietnam, and travels throughout both North America and South-east Asia training educators and facilitators in the LSP method. Beyond the foundational training in the LSP method, David is developing training and support for application of LSP in specific areas to broaden the reach and deepen application of the method.
