LSP Foundation Course (Live Online)
In the LSP Foundation Course you’ll join me live online over 3 weeks (next cohort is Nov/Dec 2025) to learn the fundamentals of LEGO Serious Play.
You’ll work with me in small groups online via Zoom. I’ll take you through the method and coach you throughout the whole program, answer questions and give you feedback. You’ll work closely with me on how to get your people more engaged, thinking differently and sparking more insights with the LSP method. There will be opportunities to practice, get feedback and guidance, and do it all in a convenient online format.
And at the end you’ll become a Trained Facilitator in the LEGO® Serious Play® method!
Key Features of the Course
Foundation or Certification?
There are two styles of LSP Course: the LSP Foundation Course & the LSP Certification Course
The LSP Foundation Course gives you the fundamentals of the LSP Method. A streamlined version of the method with the key tools you need. It’s great for coaches, educators, facilitators and those wanting to use LSP for shorter, punchier sessions.
The LSP Certification Course gives you the full LSP Method. It covers everything from the Foundation Course + other tools and topics. It’s great for facilitators and those wanting to use LSP for both the shorter, punchier sessions and the deeper, longer sessions.
Both are fantastic entries into the LSP Method. You can either take the Foundation Course or go straight to the Certification Course.

Who is the Instructor?
You’ll be working directly with Michael Fearne (that’s me!). I’ve been running LSP workshops for clients since 2013, teaching the method since 2015 and LSP is all I do! Use the method, refine it, teach it, talk about it, dream it 🙂
What LEGO do I need?
Any LEGO will do for the course. If you’re super keen order an “LSP Starter Kit” for the course.
When does the course start and finish?

Do I need to be a Facilitator?
No you don’t, but improving your group facilitation skills will help you get even more out of the LSP Method.
What’s your relationship with the LEGO Group?
There is none. To be crystal clear the LEGO Group are in no way involved in this course.
What’s the deal with Foundation vs. Certification?
See the video further up the page. But the key difference is the Foundation course is a smaller, streamlined subset of the LSP toolkit. The Certification course is the entire toolset.
Why is the Online Course cheaper than the In Person Courses?
One word: Overheads. For in person courses there are additional costs like room hire, printing, catering, travel, paying trainers, etc.
With the online course it’s digital and you work directly with me. Which means a high quality learning experience, fantastic outcomes and a less expensive course. With more money left over to spend on the LEGO.

How do I get started? How much does it cost?

I always encourage people to explore the in person course option as well. In person workshops are usually in the range of $2,000 – $6,000 USD and can be anywhere from 1-4 full days. The LSP Foundation Course (Live Online) has a one time payment of $1099 USD. There are also payment plans available (see details below). You get to learn from any location around the world.
