We focus on Mindset, Positioning, Facilitation Skills and Impact. Taking you through the lifecycle of LEGO Serious Play and showing you where you can up your game. (See below for a more detailed course outline).
With a 1 Day Workshop in your city + 2 Integration Coaching sessions (one-on-one), we’ll focus in on what you need to do to propel your LSP practice. Go beyond certification to really see what you and the LSP Method are capable of. And at the end you’ll become a Certified Expert in the LEGO Serious Play Method

Who is the LSP Accelerator Program For ?
The LSP Accelerator is for people wanting to take their LSP Practice to a higher level. So anyone who has been certified in LEGO Serious Play and has gotten out there and used it is a candidate for this program. But more importantly it’s for those that love LSP, have seen what it can do and want to do it more. They want the insights, the skills, the frameworks and the coaching to elevate their practice.
The External
You work with clients using a range of tools but want to do more with LSP. How to talk to clients, how to frame LSP, how to get more out of sessions, how to get more impact.
The Internal
You work within an organisation and want to get more of your colleagues doing LSP. You want to hone your craft in the room and find out how to make a bigger impact.

Who is the Instructor?
You’ll be working directly with me – Michael Fearne! I’ve been running LSP workshops for clients since 2013, teaching the method since 2014 and LSP is all I do!
I will share all that’s worked for me, but just as important is I will guide your group to share what has worked for them. In LSP the answer is in the room and it’s my role to enable that peer to peer learning in our sessions.
What Do I need?
Just you! We bring everything else.
Do I need to be a Certified Facilitator of LSP?
Yes! This program is designed specifically for people who already know the LSP Method and want to go further. You don’t have to have trained with me, just as along as you know the method. I can then help you to go beyond it, improving your LSP skills and getting even more out of the LSP Method.
