We use LSP in the workshop to unpack these topics and take you to that next level. The LSP Advanced Intensive is for people wanting to take their LSP Practice to a higher level. Anyone who has been certified in LEGO Serious Play and has been out there using it, is a candidate for this program. But more importantly it's for those that love LSP, have seen what it can do and want to more with it. You want the insights, the skills, the frameworks and the coaching to elevate your practice.

Who is the Facilitator?
You'll be working directly with me - Michael Fearne! I've been running LSP workshops for clients since 2013. I will share all that's worked for me, but just as importantly I will guide your group to share what has worked for them. In LSP the answer is in the room and it's my role to enable that peer to peer learning in our sessions.
Do I need to be a Certified Facilitator of LSP?
Yes! This program is designed specifically for people who already know the LSP Method and want to go further
