Your guide to learning the LSP Method


Wondering how to get started with LEGO Serious Play or how to get better?


Follow along with the LSP Journey and go from Explorer to Practitioner to Facilitator to Expert to Master.




1) Explorer / Yellow Brick Level – You are exploring what LSP is and what it can achieve.


2) Practitioner / Green Brick Level – You want to take the next step and get formal training in LEGO Serious Play. Become a Certified Practitioner of LSP through the Foundation Certification Course.


3) Facilitator / Blue Brick Level – You want to learn the full LSP Method. Become a Certified Facilitator of LEGO Serious Play through the Full Certification Course.


4) Expert / Red Brick Level – You’ve been trained in LSP, have been running sessions for a 2+ years and know the method well. Become a Certified Expert of LSP through an application process.


5) Master / Black Brick Level – You’ve been running sessions for 5+ years, you innovate with the method, providing thought leadership and community building to the LSP world. Become a Certified Master of LSP through an application process.

LSP Certification Program

To recognise your learning, skills and experience along the LSP Journey there is a Certification Program at each level.

For Practitioner (Green) Level and Facilitator (Blue) Level, Certification is based on attending Core Training (Foundation vs. Full)

For Expert (Red) Level and Master (Black) Level, Certification is based on experience and continued improvement through coaching & advanced training.
