In a small group session (maximum of 6 people in person, 4 people for the online course) we focus in on the three key elements of LSP: Facilitation Craft, Positioning and Impact. What you do before a workshop (Positioning), during a workshop (Facilitation Craft) and after a workshop (Impact). Taking you through the whole lifecycle of LEGO Serious Play and of course we do it using LSP, lots of builds and lots of insights flowing.

Anyone who has been certified in LEGO Serious Play and has been out there using it, is a candidate for this program. But more importantly it's for those that love LSP, have seen what it can do and want to more with it. You want the insights, the skills, the frameworks and the coaching to elevate your practice.

You work with clients using a range of tools but want to do more with LSP. How to talk to clients, how to frame LSP, how to get more out of sessions, how to get more impact.

Who is the Facilitator?
You'll be working directly with me - Michael Fearne! I've been running LSP workshops for clients since 2013. I will share all that's worked for me, but just as importantly I will guide your group to share what has worked for them. In LSP the answer is in the room and it's my role to enable that peer to peer learning in our sessions.
Do I need to be a Certified Facilitator of LSP?
Yes! This program is designed specifically for people who already know the LSP Method and want to go further
